georgetown law dual degree
Question about going to law school.?
Im a current political science major at my school. I really love politics. I am also minoring in “Public Policy and Public Administration”.
My career goal is to go to Georgetown Law, and get a law degree. I also want to have a dual degree to get my Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins. I want to be a health or constitutional lawyer.
I heard that the Philosophy Dept offers classes in ethics, logic, and other things that would be useful when I am a lawyer.
Should I double major in Philosophy-Political Science and make myself more well rounded to law schools?
Or should I just minor in philosophy?
this might sound cynical but it’s probably more important to get good grades, so I would say don’t over-extend yourself.
