georgetown law school part time
What kind of colleges should I be looking at?
I feel that I am an above average student and am wondering what level colleges i should be applying to
I am a Junior at a very academically rigorous high school
my gpa is a 3.8- i take all honors and AP classes
i am involved in the community- volunteer regularly, have many service hours
i am a part of my high schools varsity basketball and football teams
i am a member of three clubs, president of one
i am a good leader
never been in trouble with the law, good student
i was wondering what kind or level of schools i should be looking at?
or what my chances are at getting in to one of these:
Ivy league?
Military academy?
other top level private schools (georgetown, george washington, MIT, etc)?
good state schools (uva, unc, etc)?
smaller state schools?
what do you guys think is best for me, and what are my chances?

you should def shoot for ivy leagues as a reach school because you do have a chance of getting into those. you’d be really well set off in some of the top but not ivy league colleges as well. you should first look at your SAT scores, that and GPA are two of the most important factors reviewed in most schools, especially your ivy league and top schools. but you seem very well set off especially being well rounded in sports and clubs. good luck!
