georgetown law school admissions
Questions about going to law school?
My GPA overall is a 3.33. My major (Political Science) GPA is a 3.91. What do law schools look at when determining admission?
Also, what does the LSAT entail? I hear it is logic based and involves reading comprenhension. Should I take a class in logic?
What are some good law schools? I probably want to go into Health Law, Human Rights Law or something else? I dont know yet.
I was thinking Georgetown, George Washington, Boston College, Boston University, Chicago, Cornell, Notre Dame, Albany, Buffalo, Duke, Havard, Yale. Or Pehaps Oxford??
I prefer to stay around the eastern coast. Thanks.
I also want to double major. Perhaps a MPA, MPP, MBA, MPH or MA in History or Poltical Science.
The legal profession is almost entirely enabled due to the ability to generate legal work which may be resolved by far simpler means. If this doesn’t bother you at the outset and money is what it is all about then go for it.
