There’s A Law In Texas That Requires Criminals To Tell The Victims Of Their Crime 24 Hours In Advance?
This sounds crazy – I read it; it’s on the books.
So is this to say that criminals who succeed in the crime can say “Well I warned them so they had to expect it.”?
How about a url? Sounds like an urban legend to me.
